Allegation

X.X. was charged in Irricana, Alberta with domestic assault following a 911 call from a third party. The complainant alleged that a verbal dispute over finances escalated into physical violence. X.X. was accused of striking, biting, and pinning the complainant during the altercation. The allegations further included claims that X.X. prevented the complainant from calling for help and that the couple’s infant child was present in the home at the time.
