Calgary Police Service operating an undercover sting operation on “dial -a-dope” drug trafficking rings purchased heroin and cocaine from H.K. on a number of occasions. H.K. was arrested, and drugs and cash were discovered. H.K. was already on release for trafficking fentanyl charges, which made securing his release particularly challenging. Sean Fagan secured H.
